Please be aware that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. All deliveries are made straight to your specified address within the United States or U.S. Territories.
Following shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can then follow the progress of your package, with tracking information typically updating within 24 hours after dispatch.
Although every effort is made to securely pack your items, we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit. If your order is delivered damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to start a claim as soon as possible. Remember to keep all packaging and damaged products for the claims process.
