Our goal at Fifty Bar Vape is to deliver superior products and customer service. We acknowledge that there may be times when you need to return an item. To guarantee a seamless and equitable procedure, kindly review the following refund policy.
How to Begin a Return
Please send an email to our customer service department if you need to return an item. Our agents will help you at every stage to ensure a seamless and effective process.
Period of Returns
Kindly ensure that your return is initiated within 15 days of the order being received. Following this period, we might not be able to handle your return or provide a reimbursement.
Return & Exchange Restrictions
To provide a fair experience for all customers, these limitations apply:
- Customers are permitted only one return or exchange per month.
- Refunds are available only for purchases valued up to $100, excluding shipping costs. Requests for refunds above this amount are subject to individual review.
- Returns for products based on personal taste or flavor preference will not be accepted.
Authorization and Processing of Returns
Our staff typically gets back to you within 1-2 business days after receiving your request for a return or refund. Only once the return has been approved in writing by our staff will a refund be processed. To help us improve our offerings and your experience, we might ask for product feedback.
Returning Non-Defective Products
Only unused and unopened items are accepted for returns of products that are not defective. There is a 25% restocking fee associated with these returns.
Claims for Inspection and Defective Products
We encourage clients to check their orders as soon as they are delivered. Please remember, if you need to request a return or exchange due to a product defect, it's best to do so within 15 days of your purchase. We are here to make sure you have a seamless experience. Opened products may qualify for store credit instead of a refund. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. Returns that do not align with our policy may be declined.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We do our best to ensure your packages arrive safely, but once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we can't take responsibility for any that might be lost or stolen afterward. If you think your package is missing or has been stolen, we're here to help—please reach out to us anytime.
Incorrect Addresses
If a package needs to be returned to us because of address errors, unclaimed status, or if it's undeliverable, please just send us an email to let us know. We're here to help and appreciate your communication. After the returned package is received, a refund will be processed. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund if your order qualified for free shipping.
